All fees are due at the time of service.  I accept credit and debit cards, checks or cash payments.

If you have insurance, I will collect full payment at the time of service. I can then send a courtesy claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Please contact your provider about how these claims apply to your deductible and when they will begin reimbursing you based on your policy.
